THE DIALOG THEATER IN WARSAW CENTRE FOR CULTURAL EDUCATION (SCEK)

Teatr Dialog 1995-2005
The thought of bringing people together in pursuit of a common goal dates back to March 1995. It was then that the Dialog Theater, operating under the patronage of the Dialog Artistic Agency, staged its first premiere at the Staromiejski Theater. It was a one-act play by Aleksander Fredro's play The Candle Has Gone Out, directed by Dariusz Gabryelewicz. Izabela Nowakowska and Dariusz Gabryelewicz took part in the show. At the 3rd Universal Artistic Review PUPA'95, the play won 4 awards (best actress, best director, best actor, and press award for the best performance).
Billy kłamca (1996)

Since September 1995, the cooperation between the Dialog Theater and Warsaw Centre For Culture Education began. Szeska-Plewako, I. Sidorowska). At the Universal Artistic Review PUPA'96, the play Billy the Liar won the award for the best stage performance and a distinction in the directing category.

In the same season, the group participated in the movie Drama about Galczynski (directed by Mariusz Malinowski, production: Alliance for TVP1). The next shows: Serenade (1997) by Sławomir Mrożek, You Can Do It (1997) based on Pan Tadeusz by Adam Mickiewicz, Decameron (1998) by Giovanni Boccaccio and the musical show Snow White (1999) by the Brothers Grimm with songs by Marian Hemar (lyrics) and Frank Churchill (music).

In 2003, the Dialog Theater (professional stage) staged, in co-production with the Artistic Agency Dialog and Musical Sukces, a musical for children, Cinderella by Jacek Getner (libretto) and Filip Dreger (music), directed by Dariusz Gabryelewicz (cast: Bozena Furczyk, Marta Czerska, Jakub Wocial, Magdalena Depczyk, Marta Kuszakiewicz, Marzena Montewka, Patrycja Lipińska, Anna Nakonieczna and children from the Theater Center at the Ochota Theater in Warsaw: Jan Grochowski, Natalia Koczko, Magdalena Latoszek, Krystian Piekut, Dominik Siebeneichen, Natalia Wisniewska, and Adrian Zuchewicz).

    COOPERATION WITH THE OCHOTY THEATER

In cooperation with the Theater Center at the Ochoty Theater, the Parcours Theater Group was established, consisting of listeners and graduates of the Theater Center and people invited to cooperate. Under this name, we have realized two premieres on the stage of the Ochoty Theater in Warsaw. They were: William Saroyan's The Time of Your Life (2005) and William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet (2007) - both directed by Dariusz Gabryelewicz.

    A NEW START

Referring to the Dialog Theater and the Parcours Theater Group's rich activity, we decided to register the KMT Artistic Association officially. And so, in March 2009, we opened a new chapter in our history.
